    Hi Martha,

I’ve heard of Edmodo before but, had not realized it’s potential especially it’s use with students. Thanks for the great tips. It’s almost like an LMS that is teacher friendly. Looks like I have some homework over the holiday break 😉 Thanks!

Jose thanks for your comment and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. There is greater potential for older students and what they can create. So take a look at it over the break. My students will be uploading their book trailer they created in Animoto to Edmodo so that others can give them some feedback. It won’t take long for your students to pick it up. There are some great scavenger hunts teachers are doing in the groups that I follow that are engaging for students.

    Martha,
Your presentation has me so jazzed about Edmodo and all teachers can do with it! We will be using your presentation as part of the tech PD in the Madison School District in Phoenix, AZ. Hopefully the teachers will be as excited as I am about Edmodo.

Kim I am glad that you are able to use it and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to shoot me an email or follow me on twitter. I also have a wiki that your teachers can join for edmodo. Its called 21stcenturylearningwithedmodo which can also be another hub for collaboration and sharing. Would love to get some feedback on how your teachers are using edmodo in their classrooms. Thanks for your comment.
