Presentation Description: How do you measure up? How do yougrow from month to month and year to year in a tough profession that often lives in the tyranny of the urgent? This presentation explores ‘food for thought’ background and issues to do with growing and succeeding in a flattened educational environment and encourages you to pick several areas for improvement this year.It also offers tips for carving out “time to think”, and the development of mentorship and the grassroots movement of educators and how you can “join in.” Educators around the world can set your goals for improvement and share what they are doing this year to kick it up a notch and grow as well.

Time to Grow, what a great concept. I like how you mapped out the presentation, gave the big themes and points, then delved right into it. You made this look fun, as it is!
    Thanks again.

Time to Grow. Lots of food for thought. It must be the day. I took my students to hear a Dave Mallett concert and he sang “The Garden Song”.

I enjoyed your energy and the thought you both put into a very professional presentation.

  3. Vicki Davis says:

Thank you Cheryl and Ernie for the feedback. The great thing about these presentations is that they live and grow over time. I LOVE The voice thread commenting that has been set up – I think it is great and love how it adds to the presentation. Thank you for sharing and Ernie, thank you for agreeing to be in the video.
