I believe this method has a great opportunity to really get the students imaginations flowing as well as taking more pride and possession of what it is they are learning either individually or in a group. Discovering something for yourself does give you a lot of gratification, and the lessons learnt are not easily forgotten. That’s why I like the the IB’s primary years program so much, it lets you inquire and returns the joy,the awe of new things into the classrooms
