I did get it to work though ... by clicking on the "fast forward" button then the "play" button to get it past the trouble spot. Actually, I had to do that a few times at different places. Try doing that for the immediate ... we'll work on getting a new version of the file uploaded to our server as soon as possible. Thanks for letting us know. I have tried to watch it several times and when it gets to 12 seconds it stops and nevers picks up again. My husband tried it on his laptop too and was also unable to view it.
